Green Slime Comes out of Boy's Mouth

Does anyone remember a movie where a teenager starts to transform into something with green slime coming out of its mouth that attacks people?

At one point, he's laying down on top of a bunk bed with his knees bent, and his knees start expanding up toward the ceiling.
