Gremlins Made for TV Rip Off

I remember back in the early 90's there was a movie like gremlins that made for TV. I've been trying to figure out what the hell it was. I know it wasn't the Gate, or a rerun of Don't Be Afraid of the Dark.
Does anyone remember this movie whatsoever? I think it was one on one of the major networks like NBC, ABC, or CBS.
