Group of George Washingtons Rattle Swords at Man

I once saw a clip of a silent movie where a man is in a room cornered by what looks like a dozen or so men all identically dressed in Revolutionary War attire.
Each time the man tries to move, the group rattles their swords towards him in unison. Very, very creepy.
Does anyone know the name of this old movie?
