Guy Driving at Night Dreams of Dead Girlfriend and Sees Her Ghost

I'm looking for a spooky movie about a guy that drives and drives and drives down a lonesome highway at night, all the while having flashbacks of how he met his girlfriend.

Then he starts seeing her ghost pop up near the car and on the deserted road. Turns out at the end he is her true killer and he hacked her up right good.

There probably is the word "Highway" in the title, just can't remember. Help?
