Guy Who Runs Hotel Draws on Fake Mole

I saw an indie horror in the late 2000's about a younger guy who runs a motel and draws a fake mole on his skin.

His girlfriend dumps him, and he goes over to her house near the end.

I think the movie starts with two girls naked in the woods.
