Guy With Birthmark Related to Ghouls Under Graveyard

What's the movie where a group of people are searching for treasure under a chapel in a graveyard and there are a bunch of waxy looking zombies or ghouls surrounding the place?

Some are eaten and there's an argument about who descends. Eventually the guy with the gun goes down and finds the money on a corpse's belly. The ghouls were keeping it in a coffin. Then he finds out he's related to the creatures because of a birth mark.
