Looking for the name of a 2000s zombie film where a guy wakes up in an apartment and he's tied up or maybe his zombie roommates are tied up and his girlfriend is around.

He escapes from the building. Baseball bats are involved. He ends up at a birthday party. He's trying to get to the airport ultimately.
