Hand in Microwave and Witch in Lake in '80s Film

I want to know the title of an '80s horror film about a family that moves into a house near a lake that has a witch in it, and a guy finds a severed hand in the microwave and is then cut in half climbing out the window.

I think it ends with the witch dragging the heroine underwater.

I remember this movie but not the title. Please help!
