Hands Come out of Pizza Box to Choke Woman

Trying to find the name of an old horror movie about a woman and her daughter (who is in a wheelchair) moving into a haunted house after her husband is killed in a car accident.

The house had belonged to her husband's mother, who is now dead. The woman is attacked by arms coming out of a pizza box, and when the daughter comes into the room the arms go away. When the daughter leaves the room the arms come back to choke the lady, she gets it to the garbage disposal and forces it down the drain.

Later the woman is vacuuming and her mother-in-law's urn falls off the mantel and covers the whole room with ashes. Then the door bell rings and a Mary Poppins-like maid shows up, but all the ashes are mysteriously back in the urn on the mantel.

I also remembert a glowing rock in the basement with some old American Indian guy.
