A banker or executor is closing a haunted estate in a location which is inaccessible by night due to the tide going out. He must stay several days and encounters an evil, old, female ghost.
In the end, he is poling a small boat with his family in it. He sees the evil, old woman in the distance and a tree falls across the boat drowning them all.
