Haunted Man Recalls Accidentally Murdering Girlfriend and Dumping Her in the Lake

I saw a film recently (didn't write down the name and am super bummed) about a guy who moves into his Mother's old condemned home, and tries to fix it up. He starts seeing things (i.e. a hooded parka figure), and his basement floods.

Ultimately, he ends up remembering this girl he accidentally murdered and dumped into a lake in a sleeping bag.
