Hause Haunted by Ghost of Boy With Strawberry Birthmark on Face

This has been driving me nuts for years. I'm looking for a movie about a woman with a family history of miscarriages who retires to her family estate after having one.

In the home is a boy ghost locked up in the attic, a product of adultery brought back with the father to the evil step mother. He has a strawberry birthmark deformity on his face, and the evil step mother locks him away.

After the father dies, the evil stepmother blames the boy and beats him to death. His ghost is wanting love from a descendant mother figure.
