Head in a Foot Bath

I know, it's weird. Ronnie Angel actually needs some advice on finding a horror movie...

Okay, this one is from the 70's-80's. It is very rare and you will have to dig deep for this one. It is about a group on a cruise ship in the Aegean sea getting slaughtered by a mysterious killer.

There is one scene with a face or a head floating in some kind of foot bath. I welcome all comments.
