Headless Camper Sitting Up in Sleeping Bag Scares Other Campers

Hi everyone,

I am trying to identify a horror movie I saw where a group of school kids go camping in the forest and one by one they are killed.

In one scene, a character's head is removed he's sitting up in his sleeping bag, scaring all the campers.

In another, a man raises a meat cleaver into the air that's coated with blood. Ad the camera pulls back it is revealed to be red paint that he is flicking onto a canvas.

I really want to locate this movie to watch again after 25 years to see just how scarey the movie is.
