I'm the one who said it wasnt Re-Animator when you put this in the forums before it got taken down to be moved here. I had a feeling I knew what it was even though I hadn't seen it yet but I wanted to make sure.

SO: In our reviews section, there's a photo in the review for George A. Romero's Day of the Dead (the original) of hands coming out of the wall. Not totally sure about the headless zombie (though there is one of those in reanimator) but the hands through the wall and the experimentation aspect is very Day of the Dead.
