Headless Zombie and Hands Through the Wall

I saw this movie back when I was 6 years old. I am now 23. All I remember from it is that there was a girl in an insane asylum strapped in with a straight jacket. She was leaning on one of the padded white walls and all of a sudden a bunch of hands popped out of the walls and started grabbing her.

There was also a doctor running experiments on zombies. I especially remember a headless zombie (yes, a headless zombie) tied up with chains. The DR. brought the dead back to life...

At this point, I'm thinking RE-ANIMATOR... so as soon as I get a chance, I'm going to go pick this up and watch it to see if it is or not.

Of course, I'm also thinking that I'm wrong.

PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE TITLE OF THIS FILM! IT'S DRIVING ME NUTS!
