Hi-Tech House on Lake Impregnates Woman

I'm remembering a really scary movie about a high-tech house on a lake. A man lives there with his wife.

The house somehow takes control of the couple, including her ovaraies, and has her give birth to a girl who later dies.

That's all I remember. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I can't remember the name!
