Horror Anthology: Circus Freaks & Woman Who Makes Jam Out of Blood/Guts

I'm looking for the name of a 70's or 80's horror anthology.

In one tale, a deformed ex carnival or circus freak lives alone and has a young boy deliver his groceries, but speaks to him from upstairs.

In another tale, a woman tries to bring a mummy back to life by holding a gathering of people in her home. She keeps human guts and other bloody things in jars and uses them to make jam.

In another tale, a large mentally challenged man with a tattoo on one arm messes with this family's chickens. In the end, the family is sitting at the table together eating the crazy man, who they killed. One of the family members has a chunk of his arm with the tattoo on his plate.
