Horror Movie Like Ground Hog Day

What is the name of the movie (and I hope I have the story line correct) where a family of 4 is driving to a family affair and the dad decides to take a short cut and they end up driving in a circle. They show an aerial view of the black woods with just their headlights. As they are driving through the woods in a circle they run into a women in the woods and several other odd situations and the story ends with them finally getting out of the woods and bits and pieces of what happened to them in the woods relate to the end of the story.

It's like this movie is a Horror version of ground hog day.
