Horror Movie with Lady's Reflection Moving and Dancing

I was home alone one night in the late 90's (early 2000's? Who knows) and I saw this movie on HBO where a lady is unpacking her bag and there is a beautiful full-length free standing mirror behind her. Her reflection is doing very creepy things. It's moving all jerky and dancing and crap, and then it reaches out toward her.

I wish I had found out what movie it was, but I got scared and turned it off. :P

Does anyone know this movie?
