Nice head gear - where can I get some!!

1. Urban Legends
It could possibly happen and it is accurate with the urban legends, also a factor for all of these movies.

2. 30 days of night
One talk scene, "god help me {shaking head when speaking} no god" and then they kill her.

3. Halloween 2
OMG he's right behind you turn around! :( OMG I told you to turn around!!!!

4. It
Every part scares me basically.

5. Saw
Again, every part.

6. The Happening
Only the deaths... only the deaths.

They are not in any particular order.

I dont find a single one of these movies at all scary. Urban Legend, really?

Any horror movie could potentially happen.

Movies that have scared me

I am 48 years old, and I can recall three movies that have scared me.

1) Mr. Sardonicus, when I was about 7, the part after he's dug up his father's grave then goes back to his wife's bedside. When she turns on the light and sees his face, that scared the crap out of me.

2) Tales From the Crypt, the movie they made in the early 70's. I think I was about 12. The part that scared me was when the guy is driving his mercedes and looks in the rearview mirror at the person on the motorcycle behind him. All you see is a rotting skeleton face. I had gone to the drive-in with a friend, and when I got home from that one, I slept on the floor with the lights on in the living room while my mom slept on the couch.

3) Blair Witch Project. (Yes, I was the one ;)). It wasn't even the movie so much as it was that "documentary" they did on the sci fi channel just before the movie was released. Between the fake documentary (which was very well done, btw) and the final shot of Mike standing in the corner, I slept with the lights on for about 6 weeks. No kidding, people. And I was pushing 40 when that one came out.

There are only 2 movies I can think of that I cannot watch alone, The Exorcist and Amityville Horror(original). For whatever reason, those movies still freak me out.

Nice list. I think the scariest film I ever saw was Creepshow. The monster in the crate is the best in the movie.

I recently watched a low low budget slasher called Pieces, and it was pretty bad. It starred Christopher George (The Rat Patrol).
