Horror Villain that Loves Balls

I'm looking for a horror movie that I believe is rare, maybe done by amateurs with a cam. I didn't get to finish watching it because my mom thought it was too obscene. AHH.

I think this movie was done in the 80s and I watched it when I was maybe 13. It may not be in any database around the world but, haha..who knows!

First thing I remember is this zombie like fat man, maybe hunchbacked too, with his black robe, kinda like what William Dafoe was wearing in 'Shadow of the Vampire'. He's walking around a park or a graveyard slowly with this cheesy horror soundtrack, and I believe he stalks people and kidnaps them. Not sure about that I just remember that "walk".

The last part I remember is a lady witch or something, she looks normal but both her arms or one of her arm is alien like, long and dark in color, with long fingers, maybe just 3 fingers, sort of like the arm of the alien in the ALIEN series. Another possibility is it could be just a normal arm with long finger nails or a glove with long sharp knifes, something like Edward Scissorhands.

Anyway I think this fat zombie kidnaps people, particularly guys, for this monster lady, and here's the FUN part, this lady uses her alien like arm and fingers to pluck out the guys balls and put them in a jar. I think the jar looks like a round fish bowl. There were many testicles in the jar..

After that scene, my mom turned it off... LOL

Maybe I'm dreaming...has anyone ever heard of such a movie?
