Hospital horror... Dont Wake the Dead

Dear all,

Need your help here... I'm looking for this horror movie...

The story is about a new doctor working inside a hospital morgue (the freezer where they keep the dead)...

The old doctor informs the new doctor that there are specific rules so that they wont disturb the dead, namely:

1. Always turn off the light when you leave the freezer

Can anyone remember the movie title? I can't remember the title or any actors name....
