House Burns Down But Music Box is Still Playing

Does anyone remember this film about a mansion haunted by a child?

There's a false wall in the house and when it's knocked down there are stairs leading up to a room with memories of a child drowned in a bath tub.

In one scene, the house is all dark and quiet, and a ball comes bouncing down the stairs. Freaky.

At the end of the film, the house burns down and a musical box is left playing.
