How I Got Hooked on Horror

Well firstly, as long as I can remember I have always adored the feeling of tension and fear that starts somewhere in your stomach, raises higher up like butterflies and then either explodes in shivers or smoothy creeps under your skin as goosebumps. Well, when I REALLY got into horror movies was this Christmas.

My uncle is a detective and obviously his job is like SAW being made into an endless TV series. He works late hours and when he comes back home guess what he does? Yes, he watches horror movies every time. His DVDs are ALL horror and thrillers, not a single comedy. I never really understood his horror movie obsession, I mean isn't work enough? I used to think to myself, why not a nice, sweet comedy?.. That was until I stayed up with him for one of the late hour horror sessions.

And I must say Wow... I found my new true love. I only buy horror movies now... I used to make fun of my uncle's massive horror movie collection and now, well, I've got a mini horror films store of my own :) (mini? i just bought 10horror films only today)

Now I think to myself 'pfffffft who would ever prefer a cheesy love movie to a well made horror film like SAW or (on top of the mind) Boodeyman2 or The Ring?
