Human Fetus in a Jar

There is a '90s horror movie about a bizarre family (the family name is "Van Damme" if I remember right) living under the ground of a mansion... they are monstrous looking and eat human flesh.

A couple finds their way in this mansion, like the guy was drawn to that place. It turns out the guy is a member of the Van Damme family. He was getting weaker and weaker and craved for something but he really couldn't find whatever it was he needed.

Later in the movie the couple found a room filled with jars of preserved animals and human embryos. The guy ate a fetus and became revitalized and the couple had a steamy sex after that.

Does anyone know what movie this is?
