Human-Eating Leprechauns Turn People to Green Sludge

There is a movie where an obscure town of offbeat people with mysterious black shamrock marks on them entice a family into trusting them.

The kid sees them for what they are - troll-like leprechauns that put spells on people to make them see a false reality, eating spiked food that turns them into this chunky blue or green sludge so the monster leprechauns can eat them.

In one scene, the kid sees they are eating the spiked food and the only way he can think to stop them is by hopping on the table and peeing on it. the food in front of everyone.
