Husband Accidentally Cuts Wife's Head Off at His Surprise Party

The husband in this 80's movie is scared about something in an old abandoned house. Little does he know, his wife has planned a surprise birthday party for him.

So he's in a serious state of panic, holding a hatchet, when suddenly the wall revolves and his wife is standing there with a birthday cake counting 'one, two, three' as he whacks her head off.

I've been looking for a title to this for years. Please help!
