Indians Dancing and Grandparents Buried on Beach

What is the name of the 80's film where a kid is walking on the beach looking for his grandparents?
From a distance, he sees ghosts of Indians dancing around a fire, and turns to see his grandparents buried from the neck down in sand and screams.
That's all I remember. Thought it was a part of House II: The Second Story (1987), but I was wrong.
