Invisible Creatures Put Huge Spider in Sleeping Woman's Mouth

There was a movie in the 80's I'm trying to remember the title of.

I recall a far-away shot of this white farm house and then a close up of a woman lying in bed. There are voices swirling around her and she was asleep. Some invisible force was pinning her arms over her head and opening her mouth. She ended up opening her eyes, only to see a huge spider dropping ever so slowly into her mouth.
