Invisible House-Bound Children Creep Around on Ceiling

I remember watching parts of a movie where a guy walks around in an old dark house where only one room has lights on.
Evil children with weird (or no) eyes are in the dark part of the house, and the man in the lit room can't see them. The children do freaky things like creep up walls and across ceilings.
Any thoughts?
