Japanese Sci Fi Space Invasion

I'm looking for a 60's or 70's movie. I can not remember the beginning of the movie only the end - I remember the cool soundtrack at the end.

There is a guy shooting a ray gun in something that looks like a tunnel. A ship comes out of the water and is destroyed by two ray cannons. The rays are shot from large satellite dishes.

Note: This movie does not have a hero in a suit that flies around but there are some actors in funky space suits around a barrel like console holding on before their ship is destroyed.

I do not know the name. Anyone remember this movie ???
