Japenese Horror Movie At An All Girl School

Okay, I saw this pretty damn cool Japanese horror movie on Comcast on-demand when they had this whole Japanese horror section on there (i think it was before Fearnet). But anyway I CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME!

I've been everywhere on the internet that I can think of but its pretty hard to find a movie with no name. But here it goes...

It's set at an all girl school (yay) and the new girl in town nobody likes, so what I do remember is that said girl ends up being possessed by another girl that lived in the town before and she and her mother got killed by villagers because they thought they were witches. The girl was blind and her mom spent all day at home looking into a mirror using her powers to make her daughter see at school. The villagers killed the two in a fire.

When the new girl gets possessed by her she makes all the people that threaten her take a lighter and put a bag over their head and then light it on fire.

The girl ends up killing every one of the villagers that killed the first girl and her mother.

That's pretty much all I remember about it but the movie was sooo cool that I'd really like to buy it. If you can please help me find this movie I'd really appreciate it.
