Junk Metal Monster in a Lake That Drags People Under

When I was young I saw a short film about a monster in a lake, sort of like an episode of Creepshow.

Only part of the monster would come up out of the lake, and men and women fishing would catch it on the line and be pulled down.

The film involved a little dark haired boy that was one of the monster's victims.

In the end, the monster came up out of the water and looked like a big metal pile of junk that moved back and forth.

If this sounds familiar to anyone, please let me know what film it is. I've been trying to find it for years.
