Kids Trapped in Basement and Walls in '90s Film

There's a '90s horror movie about a kid that gets lured inside a house with nice people but soon finds out he can't leave and realizes there are other kids that are locked in the basement. They can travel through the walls and air vents.

Any help would be awesome.
