Kids Warned Not to Go Into Abandoned House

I'm trying to find the title of this B horror movie.

A group of teenagers go to a house party. After the party, they all leave in a van or car and it suddenly stops in front of an abandoned house.

They go in (although they are somehow warned that if they do they will not come out). When they get inside the clock starts to tick. One of the guys sits near an old bathtub and his hand gets pulled in. Later when he tells this to the others, they laugh at him.

Any ideas?
