Killer Baby Movie(s?)

I'm searching for the title of a movie that looked like it was made in the late 80s, early 90s.

I only remember 3 scenes, if they were from the same movie, that I watched as a kid.

First was, am guessing the ending, when the mother rigs the house that a killer baby is in to blow up by opening up the propane and gas valves into the air and creating a makeshift bomb with aerosel spray cans in a microwave. The house blows up with the evil baby inside and mom crying afterward.

The second scene I remember has what I imagine to be the baby's dad or something coming home to find raw meat on the baby's feeding chair and complains about it to the maid or nanny, either way hispanic I believe, and goes to find the child who is in a closet. He kneels down and tries to coax the baby out all friendly like but the baby tackles and mauls his face with the maid/nanny running outside in fear into the suburban neighborhood and into some biker.

Third scene is at night in a nursery where a woman with a gun breaks into the house and shoots one of the children, security fires back as she escapes and hits her in her arm... which she sews up with a needle and thread and sterilizes with whiskey while driving off.

It has been suggested that the movie is "It's Alive" but I don't think that's it. Any help is appreciated!
