Killer Constructs Maze For Person Trapped in Basement

What's the film where someone is trapped in a basement and can only hear hammering and sawing upstairs?
At some point, the basement door opens and the person climbs out of the basement to find that a maze has been constructed in the house. They try to find their way out while they are being stalked by the killer.
