Killer With Gum on Him Swears Revenge on Kids

There was an 80's or early 90's horror/comedy film shot through the eyes of the killer.

In one scene, the killer walks up some stairs and there's gum either on the railing or on the stairs, and it gets on him. He gets mad and says '#*(@ gum, I'm really going to kill these kids'.

In another scene, a couple of teens sneak off at a funeral to have sex in the car. Afterward the guy leaves for some reason and the girl is killed by a wooden horse head that's rammed into her body.
