Lady Makes Out with a Decapitated Head

I remember going to a family relatives house when I was little, and they were watching a horror movie. It looked like a 70s-80's B movie.

The scene I remember has a lady laying in bed with a decapitated head and she starts to make out with it. She starts to move it down to her private area... When she was doing that,they turned it off... LOL!

It's been bugging me to find out what movie this was. Please help.
