Late 90's Film Where Tortured Family Seeks Sadistic Revenge

I'm half-way out of my mind trying to remember a late 90's film that follows the story of two murderous criminals (brothers?) who invade the home of a middle-class American family.

They spend much of the first act alternately torturing and tormenting them. In one scene the family sits, tied up, and listens as one of the invaders has sex with their teenage daughter.

Everything changes when it becomes clear that the family is a bunch of vicious sadists who have been biding their time before wreaking havok on these two amateurs who have unwittingly broken into their world.

The family has some sort of labaryth/dungeon in their basement complete with a freakishly mutated gimp. They and the two home-invaders set about killing each other. One particularly disturbing scene shows one of the home invaders having sex with a woman while stading on her husband's corpse.

It was without a doubt one of the sickest and most sadistic movies I've ever seen but I can't find it on any obvious lists. I seem to remember it was called something like 'Killers' but I can't find it. The face make-up/masks of the home invaders are remeniscent of those in Dead Presidents.

If you remember it then you'll save me a lot of otherwise lost sleep.
