Leave Town on Halloween or Die Over and Over For All Eternity

I watched a movie some time ago where some people cross a bridge and end up in a little town on Halloween. The problem is they have to leave town fast or die. And if they die, they die in the same way over and over again for all eternity.

Now I wonder what that movie was called. Any ides?
