Legless Mom Hides Under Bed

Trying to recall the name of a horror film where a legless mom and her two horribly deformed sons grab teenagers in the outbacks of America, using them for fun and eventually food.

Towards the end of the film, the family is to be exterminated by forces of the law, but they manage to escape via a secret route. I really got a fright when the old, legless crow rolls out from under the bed on some sort of cart while they are being hunted down.

It would be great if you could help me find the name of this memorable piece of slasher gold!
