Little Boy Collects Insects, Then Animals, Then Humans

I saw a short Latin American (possibly Spanish) horror flick in college where a man teaches his son not to fear insects.

He captures them in jars to get his son accustomed to them. The technique works and soon the little boy is collecting all sorts of insects. He then evolves into keeping larger animals such as birds in tiny boxes/jars/cages, until finally we see the little boy throwing his friend, a little girl, down a well and keeping her there as if she were a pet!

I cannot think of the title though.
