Little Girl Playing Tambourine Vomits Spider in 70's Film

There's a 70's film I'm trying to remember the title of where a little girl is the tambourine and her mother takes it from her and throws it into the fire. The girl then starts to vomit what looks like a spider.

In another scene, a girl is lying in bed and when she turns over, there's a horned devil lying next tor her.

Does anyone know what the title is?
