Does anyone know the name of a 60's or 70's occult movie about a little girl with a crown of flowers on her head going into the woods?

Members of the occult tribe have bruisings and rottening flesh on their bodies.

A Long Shot...

It's probably not the right one, but there's a small chance it could be Blood On Satan's Claw (1971), a British horror film.

There were scenes of teenagers in the forests with crowns of flowers and a few demonic rituals.

They had tufts of hair/fur growing on their bodies (Satan's skin) which they cut off so they could - in a nutshell - put Satan back together again.

Not the best match to your details, but worth a mention.
