Little Girl With Doll Named 'Sebastian' is Really a Boy

There is a really creepy 60's British horror movie I am trying to remember the name of about a little girl with a male doll named 'Sebastian'.

In the end, the doll appears to be talking to the little girl but it's actually in her mind. We then find out she is really a boy raised as a girl and that 'Sebastian' is her alter ego.

I would love to track down this movie and see it again. If anyone can help I would appreciate it!
