Little Monster Comes Out Of Guy's Tummy And Flies Away

Do you remember a 90's horror movie with the following scene:
A guy is standing in a parking lot eating a hamburger/taco/sandwich when something happens to his stomach.
He reaches his hand over his shirt and a little monster comes off it and flies away.
I don't remember there being any screams or the guy freaking out. He just stays there staring while the thing (or things, don't remember if there was more than one) just flies high and away into the night sky.
Does it ring any bells?
