Little People In Picture Disappear, Come to Life and Kill Family Members

There is a movie I watched a long time ago. It has a plot centered on a picture on the wall with an old lady in a rocking chair surrounded by what look like little people.

A family moves into the house and the little people in the picture start to vanish during the night, and try to kill the family members.

This might be a rare movie, but can anyone get me the name of it? Thanks!
