Little Toy Army Soldiers Terrorize Man

Does anyone remember the name of a horror movie where a man kills the owner of a toy store, and some of the toys terrorize him? The toys are little army soldiers.
In the end, the man defeats them and later receives a box in the mail marked something like 'Special Edition Rambo' on the side. He opens it and it's filled with a doll with guns, as if the cycle is starting all over.
